For the last two years, I have had the privilege of being "your photographer"; standing with you on the sidelines for just about every game. In that time, I have seen some great football and watched boys turn into young men. I want to take this time to thank you - players, coaches, and parents - for allowing me to be a part of the program.
As many of you know, I am now shooting for many high schools, colleges, and universities, as well as some of the area newspapers. I wanted you to know that the commitment I made to you, when I first started this effort, still stands. The money I make from my picture sales continues to be pumped back into new equipment. With the great increase in the number of teams I now cover, the acquisition of new equipment has been greatly accelerated of late.
Just a few days ago, I placed my pre-order for the new Nikon D3 camera. After much research, I have determined that this was the logical next step for me. This means that next year, if you want me back, the images I can produce will make the ones from this season look like crayon drawings on a cinder block wall.
Your support, via picture sales and the projects awarded to me by the Quarterback Club, make it possible for me to produce better work each year.
Thank you for another great year.
